Marketplaces, platforms and enterprises that pay many recipients regularly, in Payoneer's own words
Companies paying contractors in many countries and currencies by API or CSV upload
Teams that want one provider for contractor payments and a first employee hire abroad
Businesses already using QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite or Zoho Books
Look at alternatives if you are
Buyers who need the service agreement or fee schedule before they sign up

Companies that need standalone global payroll: Payoneer lists payroll only as part of EOR

What our data points to
Limits in our data on Payoneer, from its own pages and the facts we checked. This is a summary, not the reasons any one customer gave.
No mass-payout price: the page says fees are shown before a payment is confirmed, and the general pricing page lists account fees such as 1.2% to 4% on bank withdrawals
The Services Terms can be viewed only after signing in, and no EOR, AOR or contractor management agreement is public
No country list for EOR (110+), AOR and contractor management (160+) or payouts (190+); we document no countries, only the claimed counts
EOR add-ons such as background screening, health insurance and visa support cost extra, and no setup fee, deposit, minimum term or termination fee is stated for any service
The EOR and AOR pages say 24/7 support, while the Workforce Management FAQ describes a 24x5 Help Center for employees and contractors; no hours are stated for payouts or contractor management
No stated response target for support, and the Workforce Management pages offer a demo request but state no self-serve sign-up
Skuad Pte. Ltd. is on the Singapore company register as the group company behind EOR, AOR and contractor management; no own entities in individual countries are listed

Each row is set against Payoneer. Prices are compared only where both publish a “from” price on the same terms, and countries only where both pages show a documented count.

What to check with Payoneer and with the new provider. Your agreement with each one sets the details.
Notice period and contract term. Check how much notice your agreement asks for, whether a minimum term or a renewal date applies, and what leaving early costs.
Data export. Ask for an export of your records, documents, payslips and invoices before the account closes, and in which format it comes.
Moving employees. A new EOR employs your people under new employment contracts; check whether each employee’s agreement is needed, as rules vary by country. Agree start dates and how pay, benefits and leave carry over, so there is no gap.
Deposits. If you paid a deposit, check when and how it comes back, and what may be deducted from it first.
Questions people ask
What are the alternatives to Payoneer?
We list 24 other EOR providers. In our order the first three are Pebl, Remote and Deel. The table on this page sets the first 10 against Payoneer on list price, documented countries and our EOR score.
How is the order worked out?
By our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings are not part of our score and do not change the order. Where a provider is rated higher than Payoneer on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each, its row and card say so.
Which alternatives list a lower EOR price than Payoneer?
One: Native Teams lists US$99, against Payoneer’s US$199 per employee a month. Only providers that publish a “from” price on the same terms are compared, and setup fees, deposits and volume discounts are not included.
What should I check before switching from Payoneer?
The notice period and contract term, a full data export, new employment contracts and whether each employee’s agreement is needed (rules vary by country), and how any deposit comes back. The checklist on this page goes through each one.
