What our data points to
Limits in our data on Boundless, from its own pages and the facts we checked. This is a summary, not the reasons any one customer gave.
No contract, EOR agreement or terms of service published; the /terms/ address opens the privacy notice
No named security certification. The privacy notice says parent company Skuad holds 'internationally recognised security certifications' but names none
EOR onboarding starts with a call with a Boundless expert rather than self-serve sign-up
Email is the only support channel listed, and support hours are not stated
No API or integrations published
Country figures conflict: 110+ on the pricing, FAQ and EOR pages, more than 35 in the FAQ on the enterprise and mid-market pages
Boundless Payroll UK Limited is its single EOR entity found on a company register; the About page states 6 more, and the entity is not disclosed for Austria, India, the Philippines and the UAE
The United States is shown as coming soon in Boundless's country guides, although its About page names a US entity
No country list for Agent of Record, and no register record tied to that service

Each row is set against Boundless. Prices are compared only where both publish a “from” price on the same terms, and countries only where both pages show a documented count.
Order: our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings do not change it; a row notes where a provider is rated higher than Boundless on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each. How we score

What to check with Boundless and with the new provider. Your agreement with each one sets the details.
Notice period and contract term. Check how much notice your agreement asks for, whether a minimum term or a renewal date applies, and what leaving early costs.
Data export. Ask for an export of your records, documents, payslips and invoices before the account closes, and in which format it comes.
Moving employees. A new EOR employs your people under new employment contracts; check whether each employee’s agreement is needed, as rules vary by country. Agree start dates and how pay, benefits and leave carry over, so there is no gap.
Deposits. If you paid a deposit, check when and how it comes back, and what may be deducted from it first.
Questions people ask
What are the alternatives to Boundless?
We list 24 other EOR providers. In our order the first three are Pebl, Remote and Deel. The table on this page sets the first 10 against Boundless on list price, documented countries and our EOR score.
How is the order worked out?
By our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings are not part of our score and do not change the order. Where a provider is rated higher than Boundless on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each, its row and card say so.
Which alternatives list a lower EOR price than Boundless?
One: Native Teams lists US$99, against Boundless’s US$199 per employee a month. Only providers that publish a “from” price on the same terms are compared, and setup fees, deposits and volume discounts are not included.
What should I check before switching from Boundless?
The notice period and contract term, a full data export, new employment contracts and whether each employee’s agreement is needed (rules vary by country), and how any deposit comes back. The checklist on this page goes through each one.
