What our data points to
Limits in our data on Garna, from its own pages and the facts we checked. This is a summary, not the reasons any one customer gave.
No published client price for Contractor of Record, contractor payouts or contractor management; the contractor commission is called small and no percentage is given
EOR claims 150+ countries but shows only a partial regional set, so coverage is counted from the claim alone, at half weight
No entity is tied to EOR on a company register. GARNA LTD (Cyprus, HE478114) is recorded for the contractor services, and the register shows it incorporated on 17 July 2025
Only the general User Agreement is public; the service agreement customers sign is not
No named security certification, only 'bank-grade' and AES-256 wording
Garna says it is not a financial institution and that payment services come from partners, including Payoneer, and affiliates
Support: the User Agreement describes email and an in-app form with no hours, and the mid-size and enterprise pages say 24/7 without saying who answers. No dedicated manager or response target is stated, and no EOR support hours

What to check with Garna and with the new provider. Your agreement with each one sets the details.
Notice period and contract term. Check how much notice your agreement asks for, whether a minimum term or a renewal date applies, and what leaving early costs.
Data export. Ask for an export of your records, documents, payslips and invoices before the account closes, and in which format it comes.
Moving employees. A new EOR employs your people under new employment contracts; check whether each employee’s agreement is needed, as rules vary by country. Agree start dates and how pay, benefits and leave carry over, so there is no gap.
Deposits. If you paid a deposit, check when and how it comes back, and what may be deducted from it first.
