Every other EOR provider we score, set against Pebl on list price, documented countries and our EOR score.
Short answer
Stay with Pebl if you are
Startups, growing companies and enterprises, the three segments Pebl writes a page for
A first hire in a new country, or moving an existing contractor onto payroll
Teams employing staff in many countries (one client case cites hundreds of hires across 50+ countries)
EOR buyers who want to read the master agreement and the EOR terms before a sales call
Look at alternatives if you are
Buyers who need a Contractor of Record: we list Pebl for contractor management, not COR
Teams paying many contractors on a tight budget, at $60 a month each plus 3% of every invoice
Buyers who want named live support channels or a stated response target before signing

What our data points to
Limits in our data on Pebl, from its own pages and the facts we checked. This is a summary, not the reasons any one customer gave.
No live support channel named: Pebl lists its Alfie AI assistant, in-house experts and a Help Center; its pages say 24/7 support and do not say who answers
No stated response target and no dedicated account manager. The growing-companies page reports 85% of tickets resolved in under 24 hours, a past figure rather than a target
Contractor management costs $60 per active contractor a month plus 3% of each contractor invoice
Own entities on company registers in 6 of the 150 listed EOR countries. The EOR terms let a local affiliate or an in-country partner act as employer, and Pebl does not say which applies where
Pebl says it holds 18 employment licences, naming Germany, Japan and the Netherlands, but gives no licence names or register links, so we do not count them
EOR deposit and minimum term are not published; services are bought under order forms, which are not public
Global payroll has no published price or terms of its own
Pebl next to its alternatives
Each row is set against Pebl. Prices are compared only where both publish a “from” price on the same terms, and countries only where both pages show a documented count.
Order: our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings do not change it; a row notes where a provider is rated higher than Pebl on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each. How we score

What to check with Pebl and with the new provider. Your agreement with each one sets the details.
Notice period and contract term. Check how much notice your agreement asks for, whether a minimum term or a renewal date applies, and what leaving early costs.
Data export. Ask for an export of your records, documents, payslips and invoices before the account closes, and in which format it comes.
Moving employees. A new EOR employs your people under new employment contracts; check whether each employee’s agreement is needed, as rules vary by country. Agree start dates and how pay, benefits and leave carry over, so there is no gap.
Deposits. If you paid a deposit, check when and how it comes back, and what may be deducted from it first.
Questions people ask
What are the alternatives to Pebl?
We list 24 other EOR providers. In our order the first three are Remote, Deel and Multiplier. The table on this page sets the first 10 against Pebl on list price, documented countries and our EOR score.
How is the order worked out?
By our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings are not part of our score and do not change the order. Where a provider is rated higher than Pebl on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each, its row and card say so.
Which alternatives list a lower EOR price than Pebl?
8 of them list a lower “from” price than Pebl’s US$399 per employee a month, among providers that publish one on the same terms. The lowest is Native Teams at US$99. These are list prices: setup fees, deposits and volume discounts are not included.
What should I check before switching from Pebl?
The notice period and contract term, a full data export, new employment contracts and whether each employee’s agreement is needed (rules vary by country), and how any deposit comes back. The checklist on this page goes through each one.
