What our data points to
Limits in our data on Multiplier, from its own pages and the facts we checked. This is a summary, not the reasons any one customer gave.
The "from" prices assume an annual contract. Monthly EOR costs $499 on Core and $559 on Growth, about 11% of countries are priced differently, and compliance-mandated add-ons come on top of EOR and COR
Support hours conflict: the EOR, enterprise and mid-size pages say 24/7 support without saying who answers, the pricing plan lists say 24/5
Fees conflict: the EOR guide says no setup or offboarding fees, the pricing page adds an implementation fee "as applicable", and setup and implementation fees to global payroll
Term conflict: "cancel anytime" on the pricing page, while the order form terms renew for 12-month periods unless notice comes 90 days before the end
EOR and COR terms require a refundable security deposit that Multiplier sizes per contract; no amount is published
Multiplier says it owns entities in 160+ countries; 2 are on company registers, in Austria and Singapore, and we could not confirm the rest
Contractor of Record at $400 a month, above the 7 other US-dollar COR prices we compare
No support channel named besides the Customer Success Manager, and no stated response target
Multiplier next to its alternatives
Each row is set against Multiplier. Prices are compared only where both publish a “from” price on the same terms, and countries only where both pages show a documented count.
Order: our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings do not change it; a row notes where a provider is rated higher than Multiplier on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each. How we score

What to check with Multiplier and with the new provider. Your agreement with each one sets the details.
Notice period and contract term. Check how much notice your agreement asks for, whether a minimum term or a renewal date applies, and what leaving early costs.
Data export. Ask for an export of your records, documents, payslips and invoices before the account closes, and in which format it comes.
Moving employees. A new EOR employs your people under new employment contracts; check whether each employee’s agreement is needed, as rules vary by country. Agree start dates and how pay, benefits and leave carry over, so there is no gap.
Deposits. If you paid a deposit, check when and how it comes back, and what may be deducted from it first.
Questions people ask
What are the alternatives to Multiplier?
We list 24 other EOR providers. In our order the first three are Pebl, Remote and Deel. The table on this page sets the first 10 against Multiplier on list price, documented countries and our EOR score.
How is the order worked out?
By our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings are not part of our score and do not change the order. Where a provider is rated higher than Multiplier on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each, its row and card say so.
What should I check before switching from Multiplier?
The notice period and contract term, a full data export, new employment contracts and whether each employee’s agreement is needed (rules vary by country), and how any deposit comes back. The checklist on this page goes through each one.
