Short answer
Stay with Native Teams if you are
Startups, scaling companies and enterprises, the three groups Native Teams writes for
A first hire in one country without a local entity, as in its Italy and Croatia case studies
Teams paying contractors in many countries; in one case study a single person ran contractor payments across 28 countries
Ride-hailing, delivery and trucking businesses paying many gig workers through Gig Pay, priced on request
Look at alternatives if you are
Buyers who want to read the EOR or COR agreement before talking to sales: the terms of service are the only contract text online
Teams that must confirm round-the-clock support: the site widget says Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 CET, the terms say 24/7
Companies that cannot fund a refundable deposit of one month's gross salary plus 20% for each EOR hire
Buyers who need a client API or a list of integrations, as Native Teams publishes neither

What our data points to
Limits in our data on Native Teams, from its own pages and the facts we checked. This is a summary, not the reasons any one customer gave.
The terms of service are the only contract text online. The EOR and COR agreements are not published, and the terms say a separate signed contract takes precedence
Own entities: 0 on company registers, 26 stated by the provider. The EOR page claims own entities in 95+ countries and 26 country pages say so for that country, but none is named; we hold a register record only for the UK company
Claims 95+ EOR countries while its EOR page lists 76 countries + 1 territory
A refundable EOR deposit of one month's gross salary plus 20% per hire, returned within 30 days of the final invoices
The terms set a 3-month minimum term for a subscription, and ending an employment takes 5 business days' notice in probation or 14 otherwise, with 'an additional fee' possible
Support hours conflict: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 CET in the site widget, 24/7 in the terms of service. No response target, onboarding time in days, client API or integrations list is published
SOC 2 and ISO claims come without a published report or certificate, and the compliance page names neither a SOC 2 type nor an ISO standard
Gig Pay and global payroll have no published price
Native Teams next to its alternatives
Each row is set against Native Teams. Prices are compared only where both publish a “from” price on the same terms, and countries only where both pages show a documented count.
Order: our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings do not change it; a row notes where a provider is rated higher than Native Teams on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each. How we score

What to check with Native Teams and with the new provider. Your agreement with each one sets the details.
Notice period and contract term. Check how much notice your agreement asks for, whether a minimum term or a renewal date applies, and what leaving early costs.
Data export. Ask for an export of your records, documents, payslips and invoices before the account closes, and in which format it comes.
Moving employees. A new EOR employs your people under new employment contracts; check whether each employee’s agreement is needed, as rules vary by country. Agree start dates and how pay, benefits and leave carry over, so there is no gap.
Deposits. If you paid a deposit, check when and how it comes back, and what may be deducted from it first.
Questions people ask
What are the alternatives to Native Teams?
We list 24 other EOR providers. In our order the first three are Pebl, Remote and Deel. The table on this page sets the first 10 against Native Teams on list price, documented countries and our EOR score.
How is the order worked out?
By our EOR score, highest first; equal scores go by name. Review-platform ratings are not part of our score and do not change the order. Where a provider is rated higher than Native Teams on a platform with at least 50 reviews for each, its row and card say so.
What should I check before switching from Native Teams?
The notice period and contract term, a full data export, new employment contracts and whether each employee’s agreement is needed (rules vary by country), and how any deposit comes back. The checklist on this page goes through each one.
